Education for Children's

     Primary education is the bed block on which a nation builds its future. Empera Meditech™ Private Limited is committed to contribute its bit in bringing improvements in this vital sector of education. Empera Meditech™ Private Limited evolved a unique participatory approach to help bring improvements in Government Primary Schools in rural areas through improvement in the learning environment in the school and improving the quality of education imparted along with motivating students to take up higher studies.
     Our policy focuses on strengthening our existing educational infrastructure than to create parallel institutes for education.
Objectives:

1. To improve the learning environment in the school so that students feel interested to attend school, thereby bringing down the dropout rates.
2. To improve the quality of education imparted and motivate the students to take up higher studies.

     The project comprises of various activities which helps in sending these students to school. Some of the key activities are regular village education meeting, observing important days of national significance and other motivational extracurricular activities that are needed for the overall grooming of a child. We also monitor the impact of our project against four indicators including Infrastructure, community involvement, retention and quality of education.
